  • Worst rental company ever! If i could give negative zero stars I would, there homes don't have certificates of occupancy. Some of them are in foreclosure and they rent them anyway, they are very nasty people, I was harassed for months over a water bill, that went up to 1000 in two months because there toilet was leaking, they owned the property next to me, and I seen two tenants move out ,due to the excessive water bill charges, and harassment. When you need them to come fix something they take there sweet time coming to fix it. I would never recommend anyone to rent from them.
