I would give a zero if I could. Went into the store a month ago because my phone wasn't working. I spent over two hours waiting for my phone to wipe. They made it clear that I could have done this from home. Today, I receive my bill, one of them added a service that I did not authorize. This has to be one of the most unethical business encounters I have ever been a part of. I can't believe they would do this to get some sort of sale credit. There are so many wireless options plus other stores. Terrible customer service.
I second he comments of others, they make snide remarks about the customers who come in. Go somewhere else where they actually care about their paying customers. I almost switched, but I will give Verizon (the company) the benefit of the doubt since I have been with them for 10 years.
