My bf and I went here for breakfast. He lives in the downtown area so it was convenient. There was about a 40 minute wait but I can honestly say it was well worth it. We got the pancakes and chicken sausage and also the fried deviled eggs. Now that Du-par's isn't downtown anymore its hard to find another place that does that crispy golden pancake with a soft center. But not anymore. Eat does it even better. Plus the addition of the chicken sausage makes it feel like a more complete breakfast. As for the deviled eggs, frying them takes them to a whole new level. The service was great, the environment was chill, and the price is what you'd expect from quality cuisine. I highly recommend this restaurant.
