| - THEY STOLE $20 FROM ME!!! Yeah, that is right, they took a $20 bill that I had snuggled between my case and taped to the back of my iPhone. When I dropped the phone off, I told the representative I had $20 taped between my cell phone and my case.
I returned to pick up my phone the same representative who helped me before was there, yet my $20 was gone. I asked about where the money was, he claimed he didn't know anything about it. I threatened to contact management about it, then he quickly changed his tone. He told me that the owner's son is kind of a loser, and was in the back part of the store while my phone was being worked on, so he must have stolen the $20. When I demanded my money back, the representative then took a $20 bill out of his wallet and gave it to me in return for the theft.
If they are going to steal $20 from me in open daylight, what do you think they are going to do with your phone when you bring it in for repair or service? Do you have sensitive data on your phone? Maybe you have credit card information, SSN, or data that any thief would love to get his hands on?
Perhaps one should consider my experience with CPR Cell Phone Repair.
On top of it, they wouldn't even give me a 15% discount for doing this Yelp review like the 4 people who rated this company before me. ;-)
