I would not recommend this hotel. Last week we showed up for a pre-booked reservation. Their systems were down and they made us wait for over 4 to 5 hours. Customer service was horrible, they suggested that we leave our bags in the lobby and go walk around (who would look over our bags?). There was no apologies or concern to see how we were doing. Considering that my kids and I had been on the road an additional 4 1/2 hours. Of course they didn't care about any of that. That ruined my weekend, because we had plans to check in early, rest and then go out Friday night. But since a big portion of our afternoon was spent in the lobby, we had no desire to go anywhere because we were too tired. That carried over the next day and we weren't able to enjoy Vegas. In addition, they were so petty that they didn't want to give us extra covers or pillows. Another thing to point out, this place doesn't have House keeping. You have to wash your own towels. I filed a complaint with Travelocity and there response was that they would t refund me my money or compensate me in any way. My advise is, spend the extra cash and stay on the strip. If you're on a budget, stay at Motel 6, you'll get better service there.
