Initially, this seemed like a well-run, customer oriented business. My initial contact was with a receptionist who SEEMED helpful and attempted to accommodate my scheduling needs. Unfortunately, the fees were poorly communicated and I was informed that two technicians would be arriving to provide service but I would not be charged differently. When I received the bill, I was charged a flat rate of 2.5 hours for 1.5 hours of service (at $65.00 per hour). When I called to inquire about what was communicated to me, the same receptionist answered the phone. Rather than listen without interrupting to my concern and need for clarification, she immediately began talking over me. When I asked her to allow me to finish, she became very rude and continued to talk over me. I hung up. She then proceeded to call me back TWICE to state her case once again in a very rude manner. This was shockingly poor customer service. The grill repair/cleaning appears satisfactory, however I will never use this company again. I have never had such a rude customer service experience in my entire life.
