  • My FAVORITE cupcake place in Charlotte! I first found out about these cupcakes in 2011 when a friend had them at her bridal shower. I thought they were delicious then and still think so now. I'm a cake connoisseur and lover of all things sweet, so ignore the other reviewers and stop in to Sas. The store is large and they have table in the front for kid's decorating parties. In addition to cupcakes they sell tons of candy and treats. As for the cupcakes, the selection is large, each cupcake is its own unique taste, and the tiny sugar garnish toppings are an extra bonus (like flavored candy canes, flowers, etc.). I have had the vanilla, rocky road, peanut butter, strawberry, and they have all been great. My only gripe is the ratio of frosting to cake- they could cut back 15% less on the frosting. The last thing you want is wasted frosting just sitting in your wrapper. :( Other reviewers are comparing them to Gigi's in South Park. These cupcakes are better than Gigi's and Gigi's is 3x smaller. I have trecked from Huntersville for these cupcakes; you won't be disappointed!
