  • 5 stars due to service staff. 4 stars because of the lobby having no coffee beverages available nor cookies/food like other dealerships. Drove up and got my car serviced right away. Super nice service staff. I worked with Michael and at first I asked him if I should take a shuttle home while they serviced my car. He said no and that it would be ready in 1-2 hours. My home was close so I wanted to go home and told him to call me a shuttle. He noticed that I was very tired and went through the trouble to go double check with the actual service men for me the length of time and guaranteed me 45 mins tops. I was hesitant to believe him based on past experiences in other places. I lounged on the cozy lobby chairs and watched a soap opera. I noticed that the coffee beverages were all broken but they have a good spot to charge computers. By 30 mins he told me it was all done! Then he walked me to the check out at the front of the line even though the line was long so I could go home. He was really nice.
