Went in there to see about a new pre-paid phone from Verizon for my kid because he is rocking a classic flip phone. I wanted to buy one for Christmas and asked about returns because I have had activation issues with another big store (Walmart) and wasn't going to have a repeat. The sales person stated that all returns have to done before January 14th. Sounded to good to be true like always. I went to the register and cashier stated I have 14 days to return. Hmmm another lying salesman. Well needless to say I put that phone back and walked out without buying. I guess I will just go to Verizon to get the phone because I can return at any time if it doesn't work. Sorry Best Buy, you hired a slim ball for a salesman. Shame!!!
