Only one person working the line, one girl cooking, 2 girls at the register talking about the latest funny snap o gram or something, and 2 others just walking around. Then the general manager leisurely washes her hands for all of 5 sec and then puts on gloves. And of course with the manager making my bowl I got the smallest portion possible. I know about food cost and portion control, but it seems like she made up her entire food cost for the day on my bowl. I got the carnitas, and I could tell by them using the small container, that they don't sell a lot of it. BUT, that means you have to stir it around because it's hot on the bottom, but the top gets cold. And that's what I got. The cold stuff on top. After all the toppings it barely cleared the top of the bowl. I guess it was ration Sunday. The bowl was goodish, the cold pork really killed it. And the pinch of rice and beans made it not so filling. Sorry chipotle. U really need to step it up at this one.
