  • Once again got the order wrong. Couldn't hear the lady through the ordering speaker and even had her repeat the order back. How hard is it to get 3 plain cheeseburgers and two small fries correct? Lady in purple hair is just awful. Need to take a lesson from Chick Fil A and the training they give staff members!
