  • This wasn't my first time here but I was very disappointed this time. My mom and I had a 430 appointment for pedicures and didn't have to wait to be seated. However, they only had one girl available to do our pedicures. I really didn't understand this because they knew we were coming. (that's what appointments are for) So I had to wait for my moms pedicure to be finished before my pedicure was started. Needless to say I was very annoyed and this was completely unprofessional. Don't count on your appointments to be honored at this establishment. They also acted like it wasn't even a big deal, no apology or anything.
