Bought a Full Synthetic Oil Change with inspection and tire rotation and went in yesterday to get it done. Everything seemed fine, although yesterday my front tires seemed a little odd, but I made it home safe and was happy I went there until this morning when I was driving to work my front left tire shattered while on the freeway. Now at a first glance it doesn't make sense for them to have anything to do with this, except for the fact that they checked and "adjusted" tire pressure. I'd be fine with this if it was something I asked for, and something that didn't cost me money and safety. The tire rotation???? They never did. Even though it's what I paid for. I called in multiple times for the guy at the main desk to be careless and tell me that they had nothing to do with it, regardless of the fact that these are new tires and I haven't had any problems otherwise. He told me multiple times that, and that he couldn't help at all. He then called back and offered to help put a tire back on but
1. How would I get there???
2. I just wanted a refund for something they caused.
But nothing else ever happened so it's fine. I'll be taking my situation to the news and corporate. If they even have one. I just wanted my tire fixed and the things done correctly that I PAID FOR. I never once told anyone about tire pressure. Or to check it or ruin my front tire.
