  • I've rented my apartment from Kefalos for a little over 3 years now. And let me tell you- the prices are outstanding and their policies are great. I live in a one bedroom apartment that is centrally located to Greenfield and the Waterfront. It's $645 a month plus electric and incredibly located and cheap rent. Plus, if you have any issues (like blinds falling apart, etc.), just go buy new ones, submit the receipt and take it out of your rent. As simple as that! My one and only complaint is that when they need to reach out to you to about something, they don't use all the methods at their disposal. They call but don't text, email, or send a letter in the mail (unless it's your rental renewal). But other than that, I plan on staying here for the foreseeable future. It's too good of a location to pass up!
