  • It's an awesome thing that these people call me by name when I go through the drive thru. It's a very busy store and there are a lot of regular customers. When they call me by name, I feel a loyalty to this particular store. Today I was close to another Starbucks and could have easily popped in there for my daily fix, but my loyalty is to this store. The product is really good here, but it's the people who make the difference.
