  • Took a day to get a response via text from Donnie that I could bring my vehicle in. Asked him what time and he said 3 or 4 at the latest but that he'd let me know. The following day, I called him but could not leave a message as voicemail is not set up. I then texted and he said he was really sick and could not do it. I tried to set up another day but he never responded again. Definitely not what I expected after reading all these 5 star reviews.
