  • The worst customer service I have EVER experienced in life! I went to the SS Office to apply for replacement ID cards for my son's. In addition to the applications I had birth certificate, my ID, and medical card. The agent then informs me that since my medical card doesn't have an authorization date she cannot use it as proof. I politely told her that they do not print those on our cards. She then says "well how do I know you still pay for your insurance." Umm excuse me, the last time I checked having medical insurance didn't affect you getting a social security card. Then to make matters worst, I went back to simply get her desk number and name. Of course I was greeted by security. Who after I asked several questions they clearly couldn't answer told me I was trespassing. Office Randal flipped me off. I said fuck you back. Then he proceeded to say "fuck you bitch". But hey I guess this all could have been avoided if I was on State Assistance because they provided effective dates on their cards! I'm only giving a 1 because I have too!
