  • Absolutely horrible experience there on Saturday, July 15th. Was told by a rude sales person that you can do the express wash if you want cheaper and you pay for the service at the ATM machine there as you drive up. Couldn't figure out what the code was and asked and the rude guy comes over and says this is how you do it in a condescending nasty tone. Then I discover that you ride in the car as it goes through the wash....and when I get to the curve point there to see what's ahead a car in front of me was stuck on the conveyor and they were using a giant crow bar...under the suspension of this vehicle. I asked one of the guys if he could guide my truck up onto the ramp and he said no. I decided at that point to pull out of line and take my receipt and get a refund. While the slip said all sales final, I explained what happened to the "manager" and he said nope, sorry and walked away. Dismissive nasty rude employees. Will never take my car here again. Weiss Guys when it was there did a much better job and were friendly. 5/12/2018 Spouse decided to take the RAV4 here for the 18.95 wash. I wasn't thrilled after last experience but went ahead as he had better experience. Lousy job vacuuming interior. Dog hair still everywhere even after manager redid it. In fact didn't look like they even did it again. Poor job and after tax and tip for 28 plus dollars we will wash it elsewhere. They also did a poor job wiping the interior dash area was still dusty. Wash itself was ok. Windows could have been cleaned a bit better.
