  • Ask for Landon. Landon explained everything he did and why he did it. During the process Landon never spoke down to me or my wife. We were given short and long term options in addition to things we could do on our own to help extend the life of our current unit. I recommend The Cooling Company to all of my friends, co-workers and family. I also want to give Tiago and Ashley their due credit. They both work as operators. They both connect and empathize with you, and get you the help you need.
