  • This was my first visit to this particular location after a bad experience at the Rainbow/Charleston store. (review to follow) I I picked up some new equipment earlier in the day and then returned later to pick up some coaxal cables. The Star of the show was Cox Rep Marvin, he was simply Amazing and resolved my issue. He really made things right and saved the night in getting me what I needed to get my system up and running. This store is in a good location and is a really nice looking modern store. I am happy this store is here to help with various Cox customer needs. I am NOT a fan of Cox communications however I am a fan of this store and the great employees they have.
