  • I want to personally thank Haley Bauer for her amazing communication, customer service & going out of the way to make my Birthday that much more special. My gf's & I had a cabana at the kasbah pool for the day. From the moment I arrived the staff involved already knew it was my Birthday, we were treated to a round of Mimosas & Haley came out to wish me a Happy Birthday & make sure we had everything we needed. Being a native this resort & pool has always been a favorite, celebrating my special day there was so much fun for my friends & I! Thank you Haley & staff for everything, see you again soon!
