Whether you're a coffee shop, fast food chain or a fine dining restaurant, customer service should be the foundation of any establishment.
With THAT being said.. I paid for a medium hot chocolate and was given a medium hot MILK. I took it back to the counter to get it remade. About 3-4 of the employees made direct eye contact yet nobody asked if I needed help or acknowledged my presence........ I had to say excuse me a bunch of times to finally get someone's attention. Like come on, man.. a little courtesy to acknowledge a customer would be nice.
Turns out their McCafe machine is broken which is why I was given the hot milk sans the chocolate. I asked for a junior chicken instead for my little brother even though it's valued less than a medium HC.
Oh and we later discovered the chicken wasn't fully cooked.
