  • If you have a choice in towing companies DO NOT use this company. Tow driver was extremely rude at the scene of my accident. And then they held my car for over a week claiming "we need a release" despite the fact that I gave a release within hours of the car being towed. I go to tow yard a few days later to retrieve items I missed and was told I can't get into my own car. Obviously at the time of an accident one is upset and would appreciate some kindness instead of being talked condescendingly to.
