  • Horrible customer service. Promised to send a box for returned gear, didn't deliver because the agent forgot to set it up. Then charged me 234 bucks for the gear. Now I stand here in this "store" as I wait for my number to be called. 20 minutes and counting. Cannot wait for commercialized streaming services to end the viability of cable companies. Worst of the worst.
