rev:text	Grace is the pharmacist I deal with that this location. She is absolutely wonderful. She knows her stuff! She always makes sure to say hello to me when I go in. She always makes sure to explain all medications even if I don't ask for it first. I love that. She is just so full of knowledge and I am just so grateful she takes time to teach me new stuff!. I am just like a sponge every time we talk. I'm very grateful! She also takes the time to ask how my health is going. Asking me how I'm feeling. I am diabetic and I have a bad immune system so I'm always coming in with some sort of issue. It sucks but grace just makes it better. Even if it's for a few moments! Oh course with diabetes I have a bunch of scripts. There is always a problem with at least 1 script. It never fails! But she just jumps on the phone and figures it out. She doesn't wait an hour or tell me to have a seat and wait... She just handles it and moves on. She is a very hard worker. I never see that women on a break! She's like a ping pong ball. Bounces back and forth behind that long counter. The other staff members back their are nice. Nothing compared to grace of course but they try which is all that matters to me! They did recently transfer over some other staff members from another location. Eeeek... I'm praying for the best. They were from a location that I despise. So only time will tell if they are nice people and actually care! They didn't at the other location but that could be the management there too. You are a product of your environment. So if ur manager is a prick then 9 times out of 10? You are too! Overall I have had a wonderful experience every time I go in. I have made this my primary pharmacy. Thank you so much Grace, you are one of a kind! So that was the pharmacy review above. The rest is a review for the front store staff.... The guys that work there are super cool. Very kind and professional. Always greeting me when I walk in. I don't think I have ever not been greeted when I've walked in there. The women are questionable. They greet me and stuff and have never been rude to me. But I witnessed a little situation that left a sour taste in my mouth. The manager was checking me out one time and noticed a few ladies(no not ladies, more like ghetto savages!!) walk in the store. These ladies were both pretty big African American woman in their 20's. She has dealt with them in the past and knew they were there to steal. That had their big purses ready and all. I said big because the manger is very small. These woman outsize her by a long shot. She greeted them as normal. As soon as they got around the corner and onto the makeup isle, she instructed her employee to call the police right away. She then was done with my transaction. I went back to sit back by the pharmacy because that's why I was there and waiting. So she books it right to the girls and asked if they needed help. She did her job and stayed on them and made sure they knew she was watching. They left promptly saying something about they need to go home to get a $1 coupon. Now the part that made me angry. Well angry? Idk. Frustrated maybe? Idk. So after the thieves leave, in comes another black girl. She was alone and wanted some shampoo and conditioner. I know because I was close by when she asked what isle it was on. She didn't have a big purse. Her purse was big enough to get in a cell phone and a small wallet. She was very well dressed and you could tell she was not a typical little thug or anything. So the manager just right away jumps on her. Being rude and condescending to the poor girl. I understand that the manager just dealt with a couple of thieves but don't stereotype that girl like that. She was so uncomfortable that she point blank asked why the employee was following her. She gave a half ass excuse about she was putting product away. Yeah right. No she wasn't. She was stereotyping that girl and I wasn't the only one who seen it! I am not racist, I just stand up for what's right and stand up with what I don't like and think is wrong. The girl ended up leaving and not getting anything. I know it was because she was made so uncomfortable but the manger turns to her employee and says, "see I told you she was trying to steal but I got another one. 2 for me 2 for me"while jumping up and down. That was not ok. Not one bit of it. Idk, maybe I read the whole situation wrong. I basically seen the whole thing and I am just explaining my impression of it all. So anyway, over all I will absolutely come back to this pharmacy and to grace. I'll just be sure to purchase anything I want at the pharmacy registrar when I pick up my medications.
