  • We decided to try Pinky's for lunch today since we were in Huntersville. Anyplace that has a section called "Wiener Wonderland" on their menu is going to attract my hubby like a tick to a dog! He chose the Southern 500 dog and opted for a side of chips. I decided on the white trash burger with a side of fried squash. I'm not a big fan of fried pickles so I pulled those off but otherwise it was a decent burger. We both enjoyed our choices but agreed that, while good, it's not a place we would make a special trip to go to. The service was excellent to be sure. If we go back I'd probably try something different (like fish or chicken tacos). They do offer a 10% veteran's discount which was a nice surprise for Hubby and much appreciated.
