  • I bought a nice used car from Larry Miller. I am a USAA member and I bought through their buying service which is run through ZAG. First off they typical used car salesman. Sleezy scumbags. They lie and try to make you buy on the spot. I wanted the used car they had so I worked the hell out of them and negotiated about 3000 lower than they wanted. Since I did this, now they do not want to honor the USAA discount of $380 off the negotiated price. Scumbags. So I took it up with USAA and after a week of arguing over it, they finally come up with that it was built into the deal. LIARS!~!!!!!!! Total LIARS!!! It was not built into the deal. They are trying to get out of it due to the fact I worked them so low. Then they gave me an IOU for repair of some scratched headlamps. I had another Larry miller (Nissan) try to fix them, they could not do it cause they do not know what they are doing and used a product that does nothing. So I opted to get a professional plastic lens headlamp restore guy in to repair them for $50.00. Now they do not want to reimburse me for the repair. This outfit is just plain sleazy!!! I knew it from the second I walked in there but they did have the car I wanted that was kind of rare for these parts and luckily I can return to them if something goes wrong which I probably won't cause they will probably make it worse. I would seriously stay away from these guys. They lie and make promises they do not want to keep or HONOR!!!! They won't even honor USAA!!! (military insurance CO for those who don't know) I have been fighting with them for 2 weeks on my discount they owe me and my repair they owe me. They don't care and don't want to honor it. So I am going to the DA this week to make a complaint. I will do whatever it takes for the them to make good on what they owe me. If not. I will make their lives a living hell. I promise that!! Stay AWAY!!!!!
