We came during the day when there were no performances, so this review is strictly about the food, which wasn't good. The section we were seated in was pretty empty. I ordered the jalapeƱo cornbread as an appetizer and the blackened salmon with a cucumber salad as my entree. The cornbread was dry and overcooked, but luckily there was butter on the side. It did have a nice flavor that wasn't at all spicy like the name would suggest. The blackened salmon was overcooked and tasted bland. Bland bland bland. The saving grace of that lunch was the strawberry mango lemonade. I could have filled up on that alone. Also, our server was very nice and attentive; however I see no reason to return to House of Blues.
