rev:text	Still bad...I only stopped again because I was nearby for an appointment. Sad to see it was busy with only 2 full service registers open, mostly with elderly and they were backed up into product aisles. Shame on Woodmans for that! Not all of your shoppers are able-bodied people who can go through self checkout! Anyway, I did (hate it) but at least this time an older woman started bagging my stuff for me, which normally you're on your own from what I see and my other experience. I get home and unpack--she didn't bag my 3 cans of Axe Spray for my husband, my clinical-strength Secret deodorant (expensive!) and my toothpaste! Probably $25 if not more! Yeah, I can't "just go back," I live in Lodi. I called to see if they'd hold it at the Service Counter (HA) and the guy that went to go look for my items came back and said no items he could see were on any of the checkouts (surprise, of course not). Really sad, I've been with them since store #1. Used to be friendly, checkers knew my name, my kids' names. Son went to college, I'd still get asked about him. Now and for quite awhile, they lost their values and are all about the money. Guess what--people like me will pay more elsewhere for better Service. Service & Savings, isn't that the motto? And hey, try to get all items in the bag, that has happened a LOT past few years, unless you tell employees to "forget" an item here and there. Boosts your profits a lot, I'm sure. I know you got at least $25 from me, and that was just this last trip. And yeah, I mean, LAST trip.
