  • I have been in the market for a new mattress for several years. Reason so long, I pay cash for everything and it took me a long time to build up some money for a mattress. A few months ago, I stopped in the store after seeing an ad for their Tulo low cost mattress. Phil assisted me and although I liked the Tulo, there was another mattress, an IComfort 100 that I liked better. Phil answered all of my questions and I settled on the iComfort. I told him that I didn't have the money and I didn't want to finance but I wanted an OTD price. Phil gave me a price and I left. After I got home, I researched the mattress and compared the price he gave me to what is available online. I was shocked to find that his price was cheaper than anywhere else. Normally mattress stores mark up the price considerably. This was not the case with Mattress Firm. Several months later, over the weekend, my wife and I were together. We stopped back into the store. Phil remembered me. I showed him his business card with the price he wrote down and I asked if he can make the price any lower. To my amazement, Phil reduced the price by another $200! He thoroughly reviewed the cancellation and terms/conditions of purchase and I agreed. Delivery was scheduled for the next day (a Sunday) and before I knew it, I had a brand new mattress! While the mattress was being delivered, I asked the delivery guys if they recommend this mattress or heard any complaints. I knew that they don't work for Mattress Firm but a third party company that is sub-contracted and figured they would give me their honest opinions. Both delivery guys spoke highly of this IComfort mattress. They were super professional and clean. Later that night, I checked the current prices of the mattress online and Mattress Firm's price is even cheaper than Amazon! I already told several people at work about my positive experience.
