I've tried on several occasions to use the self service function which advertises that you can use Dropbox, however it never works! Than you're stuck trying to find help because you entered your payment info and can't just walk away with a staff member clearing the screen.
You than have to send your documents to FedEx print email for a code.
The set-up to help customers needs work, you have self service area with no assistance offered, and other staff stuck behind the counter helping other customers. You need a better system.
I needed to use the fax machine too, and it didn't seem to be working, I had to wait more time in line. To print 3 sheets and to fax took 45 min!
When you're in a jam and need to print 24/7, that's the only plus.
