  • First of all, they offer free add ons to receive a good review before you actually receive the service. We declined, and the man I got was extremely light on his pressure. I asked him to apply more pressure and he paused til I repeated my suggestion. I felt he intentionally was trying to hurt me because of my request. I had to stop him multiple times and offer suggestions. At one point, his nails were digging into my foot. My friends experience was great! She love it and had no complaints. So.... this is all based on who you have. GOOD LUCK! I will be trying another foot spa next time. They get two stars because my friend had a great experience. I'm changing my review to 1 Star. My foot is still in pain after 5 days. I regret tipping him, I know he intentionally hurt me.
