As you've probably seen in a lot of the reviews here, Monta Ramen is located in a tiny, heavy-trafficked complex in the Chinatown area in Las Vegas. Parking is almost always a pain, and this location can probably seat a max of 25-30 people at once (hence, the looong lines). With that said, if you are looking for quality, good ramen, I think this one is worth a try.
The most recent time I went, I got the tonkotsu ramen with an egg (had to order this as extra because it's not included in the standard order), and gyoza for an appetizer to share. The pork broth is delicious! Definitely hits the spot. I do wish the bowl came with more meat. You can order extra pork so I may try that next time. The gyoza was honestly just pretty standard and nothing too memorable.
The customer service has been good every time I've gone, and they really try to be efficient and quick to get the lines moving.
