  • My family and I have been going to Findlay Toyota for about six years now and I must say, you will not find customer service like they provide anywhere else. I have bought two cars from them and both cars I have serviced there as well. I recently bought my third car, an Infiniti and I still get it serviced at Findlay Toyota because the customer service is so great! I would like to mention a gentleman there that is highly recommended and goes by the name of Noah Dresner. He is a manager in the service department and probably the most up and honest person in this business that I have ever met. No matter what your needs are or how much you are spending, Noah will ensure that you are taken care of and do everything in hos power to provide the best customer service possible. After servicing your vehicle a couple times, it's almost impossible not to become friends with this guy. I leave the service department with a smile on my face knowing that I wouldn't have gotten better treatment or a better deal anywhere else in the valley. thanks again Noah!!! :)
