  • This office SUCKS!!! Worse damn dental office I've ever encountered!! I don't even know where to begin because my sons were TURNED AWAY! Yes, my THREE SONS were turned away by this callous, unprofessional, sorry excuse of a dentist!!! I had a first time appointment today, 04/25/17 at 1 pm! I go in early at 12:30 because they told me to come in to fill out paperwork at least 10 minutes prior so I thought I'd go in 30 minutes early since I have THREE boys, right?? The door is unlocked, NO sign up saying they're at lunch, but yet NO ONE was behind the desk!? So we sat and waited for about 5 minutes and since no one came out I figured they're at lunch so I can go up the street to make an appointment to have my car be seen afterwards. I'm up the street on Sunset and Marks which is literally 7 minutes away and I see that it's almost 1pm so I called their office TWICE! I leave TWO voicemails, saying I will be there right away! I leave the mechanic shop at 1:10! I'm calling their office and one of the front desk girls tells me "As long as you're here by 1:15 to check in, you'll be fine"!?! So I made it! I get brought back by a male dental assistant and when I'm in front of the receptionist it's LITERALLY 1:15! She's on the damn phone and it takes her about 2 minutes to help me and when she does she tells me "Doctor probably won't see you now because it's PAST 1:15!!??! ARE YOU F****NG KIDDING ME!?!? She gets up and goes to ask the Dr. if he will see my sons and she comes back with the sorriest damn excuse I've EVER heard in my LIFE!! She's says the doctor wants you to take your sons to UNLV!?!? What the hell am I going to take my sons to UNLV for!? Apparently the doctor doesn't have the balls to say how he really feels so he tells her that he doesn't see any kids past 17!? Well that doesn't include my sons because they're 14,15 and 16! So then she tells me:" I know, I don't know what to say"!? Well I know what to say... DO NOT EVER EVER EVER STEP FOOT IN THIS DAMN "DENTAL" OFFICE!!!!!!!! THERES SO MANY OTHER OPTIONS!!!! DOCTORS CAN MAKE US WAIT HOURS BEFORE BEING CALLED BACK BUT THEN PULL SOME CRAP LIKE THIS WITH NEW PATIENTS!? HELL. No! Just a heads up- this office will NOT SUCCEED. It will be shut down within a year if not MONTHS! I GUARANTEE IT!!!
