  • this place is full of cheap jewelry and shoes/clothes that will fall apart the minute you get out of the store. It's always super busy - can't understand why - and in the few cases I did want to buy something I ended up in a long line waiting to purchase and eventually put the stuff back and walked out. It's the same at their other stores in other cities so this is more of a company thing than a location issue. Given how big of a pain it is to park in Tivoli Village - it is definitely not worth the aggravation.
