  • After making an appointment & dropping my car off the day prior; you would think 2 full days they would at least look at my car. Nope. I had left 2 messages with service & with Jacob the manager- no response of any kind. So I picked up my vehicle & went to the Surprise location & got in right away. The Surprise location Duane in the 1st 5 mins had plunged into the car & answered my questions. Will never go to the Avondale location again!
