| - I'm always on the hunt for a new nail salon as I've yet to find one I'm loyal to in the Valley. Sundrops is super clean and cute, but unfortunately a little expensive to warrant regular trips. When I was in the salon, Clueless was showing on their flat screen, and there are also a number of clothes and jewelry to look at near the entrance while you wait for your appointment.
Pam was my nail tech and she was great, really sweet and carried on a good conversation without making any errors on my nails. I opted for their basic mani/pedi ($49), and they offer a number of pricier, indulgent packages. The nail salon carries Opi, Essie, and Deborah Lippmann, which is a nice change to see.
Manicures are given along a bar, and customers are offered complimentary water, lemonade, or tea to drink. Pedicures are given along a swanky area against the wall, complete with throw pillows, and a personal side table with magazines.
While Pam did a great job and the salon is cute, I'll have to limit my visits to special occasions. I definitely got what I paid for, but if I always paid that much I'd quickly find myself in the poor house!
