  • Everything is great here. Amazing new Hoist line of 20 quick fix workout machines. Ropes and sleds on the grassy area. Really bright with lots of natural night pouring in the floor to ceiling windows.. I've never felt so calm working out before. Space is well ventilated and washrooms are modern and posh. Group exercise studio large but the large podium placements are a bit awkward.. there ends up being a huge dead space on the left side and no one wants to workout at the far right where anyone can peer in.. which leaves the area between the podiums. Not a huge issue if class sizes remain small as they are currently but I do expect that to change as this area continues to develop with condos and whatnot. Amazing class @ Bodyflow this morning, great energy and high skill level from instructor.
