  • I left my car at Sands for a detail cleaning and oil change. About half an hour later I received a call that my rear brakes needed changed and that to get everything done in one visit I would have to leave the car over night. That worked fine with me, and I picked up my like-new car the next day. My warranty is up in less than two weeks, and the service people found another problem which will cost $800 to repair. The part was ordered, and it will be installed this week at no cost to me. Great job at being alert enough to let me know and take care of the problem. All the people I met during the visit were very friendly. My husband also took his car in for oil change and a wash. He was very satisfied, too.
