  • Price was great. Service agent was pleasant, but service and car were terrible. Waited 30 minutes for shuttle, after calling for their 3-6 minute ride. Shuttle had a dilapidated sign and was dented. Car was not full of fuel, smelled terribly of smoke, had huge cigarette burns, and a scrape on the front grille. I had a prepaid rental totaling $76. Got a warning from my credit card company that I had been charged an additional$330 upon rental. Not authorized. Stay away
