  • Both of my husbands headlights went out and he needed new bulbs. He had one go out and didn't get to it yet and then the other one went out. We came to just get the bulbs so he can curse and yell as he figured out how to do it but the guy helping offered to do it. It was much easier than figuring it out on our own by being shown how. We tried to tip the guy but he refused it. Either way the guy with the tribal and kanji tattoos on his arm has great customer service!
