  • I had a small leak so I called three roofing companies for bids starting with Scott. Scott was the highest by at least ten times because they claimed I needed a re-roof when in fact I just needed a minor repair. I was told the underlayment is only good for 8-10 years when in fact it is good for at least 15-20 years. I think these guys are out to make serious money by deceiving customers. Please use caution and make sure you receive other opinions considering what I experienced.
