  • I took my service dog to this place to get bathed and groomed. My dog is a Lab and spent $50 to get the full service. All they did was bathe her, but gave her back to me soaking wet and said to come back the next day so that they could start grooming her when she was dry. Not only that, but they neglected to mention that they had scraped up my dog's elbow in the bathing process and left it bloody for me to find later that day. I came back today (Memorial Day) and they only brushed for 10 minutes and said that was it. They were supposed to de-furminate her, they were suppose to trim her, but they did none of that. It also seems to be the norm running late here. The young, Hispanic groomer that was supposed to groom my dog was over 30 minutes late to work. Today, I saw two of her scheduled appointments walk out and she still hadn't shown up for work yet an hour after the business opened when I had left. According to her co-workers, this is how she normally behaves. I will never return there and highly suggest you look elsewhere!
