Staff was very friendly. Seemed as the hotel was short staffed. Asked four times over two days time period for extra towels and was told there were not enough towels. It seemed as though there was not laundry detergent used for the sheets and towels. Some towels were stained slightly, some were stained badly. Stains on sheets when first checked in. Carpet in the conference room was very dirty and it became a joke among the large group I was staying with. Windows in my room were just plain worn out.
Staff seemed to try hard to be accommodating but seemed limited as to what they could do. It had a feeling of the hotel owner choosing to spend very little money in maintaining the hotel even though the staff seemed to try hard. Kudos to the staff, but nothing good to say about the owners and/or management company.
