  • The service was good and the guys were professional. They even came to my house on a Sunday to change my locks (their suggestion). They showed up on time and came ready to work. The only opportunity to improve was that I had to pay the entire bill up front. I'm ok if someone takes my credit card info before starting work to validate that I can pay, but I don't appreciate being charged until the job is done. Take the feedback, Gents, and next time you get the 5 stars.
