  • I've donated blood several times at location several times. I've only had one bad experience and it was because the tech would not listen to me. I showed her the vain they normally use and she refused to try that area. After many failed attempts she asked for help. I should have gotten up and changed my appointment. The other two tech couldn't get anything either. In the end I had a baseball sized bruise and knot that lasted for over two months. I haven't been back since. Overall the staff is friendly and the place is very clean.
