  • This is the spot in 'Tukee' if you have to rent. It has a North Scottsdale feel. This is the first apartment I have found that truly is a 'Luxury Apartment.' HUGE floor plans. Extensive upgrades. Garage, plus a bonus parking space. The neighborhood is excellent and everything is super close. Quiet and neatly kept property with fast response from maintenance. The girls in the office are always willing to accommodate and expedite any needed request. This property was definitely built for people with high end taste. Some of the other reviews lack logic and maybe they haven't lived in an apartment before. I have had poor property management and this place isn't even close. They can't control how people act or how many scorpions decide to creep into your place. All you can do is ask them to spray. It's Ahwatukee. That's standard. If your neighbors are loud. Put in a complaint, tell them. Maybe they aren't aware and will put an end to it. The landscaping may have been a little sloppy for a while. Who cares. I still was able to sleep at night and my apartment was still extraordinarily nice.
