  • I called this practice to inquire about the cost of a procedure I needed post root canal elsewhere, nothing more. They took it upon themselves to contact the specialist I went to and request my records! I am not a current patient there, nor did I make an appointment, nor did I give permission to request my records. I guess I should not have stated my name or what endodontist did my root canal - but really I never thought the front desk staff at Chandler Dental Health would stoop to violating HIPPA laws to get new patients!
