SAFETY CONCERNS !!!!
Very disappointed with this hotel
Cons: The elevators to the rooms awkwardly have 2 sets of them that are running at the same time so each elevator stops at every floor until you can get to yours because they are not synced with which set you went to. It was Very inconvenient. There is no lock on the bathroom door. We requested towels and it took exactly 1 hour to get them and that included giving room service a second phone call. There are barely any taxis that come. 1 taxi comes every 5 minutes. That's very inconvenient, especially with a line of 30 people trying to get taxis. LASTLY, the fire alarm was pulled at 3:30am and no announcement was made about how to react. We ran through the emergency exit to see a security guard smiling and laughing and saying to go back to our room. There is nothing funny and being woken up by a sound that can trigger a scary reaction and to be smiling and laughing about our panic. He didn't even say it was a false alarm. We needed to wait 5 minutes until they told us. It was unorganized and they do not know how to accompany guests to false alarms. This is a big safety concern. There was a family on the same floor with 2 small children who had a difficult night after that.
Pros: the room had nice decor and the luggage storage service was incredibly friendly.
Overall, this hotel and this experience was a big disappointment. I don't think I'd stay at the LinQ again.
